Objective: 
Increasing the economic capacity of the North Estonian Blind Association (NEBA). Reforming business model to a social enterprise representing people with visual impairments. The goal is achieved by developing a donation system and launching donation activities. 

Project budget: The NFCS will contribute EUR 11,972.90 to the project.

Project budget: Enterprise Estonia supports the project in the amount of EUR 80,000.

Purpose of the project: 
Creating a secure activity center providing services that support daily life and work. 
The public action center service is primarily intended for people with visual impairments. In addition to their family members. Also we act a competence center for specialists dealing with blinds.

Project budget: Enterprise Estonia supported the project with 30 546 euros.

Development of a support system for the visually impaired and launch of a social center service

Overall objective of the project:
Creating an environment for people with visual disabilities and improving access to services for them. This includes developing support system services and launching a social center.
