The mission of the North Estonian Blind Association is to support people with visual impairments in their integration into society to ensure their equal coping and inclusion.

The vision of the North Estonian Blind Society is being a well-functioning need-based and accessible support system for people with visual impairments. Disability-specific services are accessible to all. The physical and social environment is accessible. The association's operating center is up-to-date, tailored to, and safe. There is effective cooperation with public authorities. The interests of people with visual disabilities are represented.
