The following advisory services take place at NEBA:

The services are funded by the Tallinn Social and Health Care Board
Experience Advice
Experience advisory service for visually impaired people living in Tallinn.
The purpose of the service is the exchange of knowledge and experience. The counseling between adults with similar visual impairment is a big part of the service.

All the above helps the client to make more meaningful choices.
As a result of the experience counseling work, the client establishes contact with the social welfare officer of the district. The client finds the services needed at local and national level.

In the absence of funding, the service is not currently available.
Psychological counseling
Psychological counseling service for visually impaired people living in Tallinn.
The purpose of the service is to increase the person's internal capacity to overcome/prevent social, mental and physical isolation caused my disability. The main goal is to restore the ability to cope in society by teaching practical skills.
The service volume for 2018 is 3 cooking workshops, 3 manual skill development workshops and 10 Zumba workshops. During them participants can exchange experiences to improve their self-sufficiency.
Service Period: March 01, 2020 - December 31, 2020.
Grant amount: $ 1000.00.
